What all do you need for a complete and cheap car audio system?

I am about to turn 16, i know somewhat about car audio, but i need more help. I want to find cheap, but good quality. I’m looking at two 15″ subwoofers with about 900 watts, 2 6×9’s, and 2 front car door speakers. Do I need an amp for the 6×9’s and car door speakers? What would be a good amp for the 15’s? And where can i find the cheap, but good quality speakers?

If you want cheap, why go with 4 speaker system?
Just go with front only and one sub
